The configuration of the land and its location on the edge of agricultural reserve area, heavily conditioned the architecture of this building. The rules imposed by the PDM had imposed a building area not exceeding 120 m2, and a departure from the path of access no higher than 40 m. These two conditions were respected there for the size and position of the house will become conditioned at the start.

The 120 m2 of buildings determined eligible a rectangular geometric shape that best fulfilled the program established by the client (3 bedrooms + living room).
