SpringTown 1
In a land of small size and with a geometric shape close to a triangle, was developed an idea of low-cost house. Therefore, it was necessary to consider the size of the building in order to obtain living spaces with small areas. The shape and design of the house were developed to reduce all costs inherent in maintenance and use of the house.
The geometric shape of the house with two overlapping regular volumes, was the way found that best fits the irregularity of the terrain topography and sun exposure. Despite the four free facades, only one stands out as true elevation facing the garden enjoying the sun and light.
The way the volumetric fits in the ground with the pool, turns a small yard into a pleasant outdoor space and capable of good playing performance. A formal language and aesthetics, demand simplicity and clarity of forms, assuming the high floor as an add reinforcing parallelepiped "original".
